Evidence-based practice

Page history last edited by Lee FitzGerald 9 years, 11 months ago

The SLIM Toolkit was designed by Professor Ross. J. Todd of SCILS, Rutgers University.

It is an instrument by which data can be gathered on students' journey to knowledge, while undertaking a Guided Inquiry.

It can simultaneously be the means by which the reflection component of a GI is carried out.

The SLIM Toolkit.

For an example from practice on how the SLIM Toolkit can be used, read The twin purposes of Guided Inquiry: Guiding inquiry and evidence-based practice, by Lee FitzGerald
